Terms & Conditions
Effective date: May 21, 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by TD (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as TD, and your inquiries, quotations, and purchases of cement and concrete products—including concrete blocks, parking tiles, paver blocks, and readymade wall systems.
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
These Terms apply to business customers, contractors, developers, and individual buyers unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. It forms part of your relationship with us where applicable.
3. Website use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt our systems
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiry or order information
- Copy, scrape, or republish site content without our permission
- Use our branding, images, or product descriptions for competing commercial purposes without consent
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
4. Product information
Product descriptions, images, dimensions, colours, and specifications on our website or in quotations are for general information. Minor variations in shade, texture, or finish may occur due to raw materials and batch production.
Concrete and cement products are intended for construction use in accordance with applicable building practices and engineer or architect specifications. You are responsible for selecting the correct product type, grade, and quantity for your project.
We may update product ranges, specifications, or pricing without notice on the website; confirmed orders are governed by the quotation or order confirmation we issue.
5. Quotations and orders
5.1 Inquiries and quotations
Quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quotation (or, if none is stated, 14 days from issue). Quotations are not binding until we issue written order confirmation.
5.2 Order acceptance
An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing (email, WhatsApp message, or signed order form) and, where applicable, receive any agreed deposit or advance payment.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch due to stock unavailability, production constraints, credit concerns, regulatory requirements, or events outside our reasonable control.
5.3 Minimum quantities and bulk orders
Bulk, project, and repeat-supply orders may be subject to minimum quantities, lead times, and separate commercial terms agreed in writing.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable) are additional unless explicitly included in the quotation.
Payment terms (advance, part payment, or credit) are as agreed in your quotation or invoice. Late payment may delay dispatch, attract interest where permitted by law, or result in suspension of further supply.
You are responsible for bank charges, transfer fees, or payment gateway costs unless we agree otherwise.
7. Delivery and risk
7.1 Delivery arrangements
Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, site access restrictions, labour availability, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
You must provide accurate delivery location details, site contact, and reasonable access for unloading. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, waiting time, or re-delivery caused by site unavailability.
7.2 Risk and title
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery at the agreed location or upon collection from our premises.
- Title remains with us until we receive full cleared payment for the relevant goods.
8. Inspection, claims, and returns
You should inspect goods on delivery and notify us of visible damage, shortage, or non-conformance within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and delivery documentation where possible.
Claims relating to manufacturing defects must be raised promptly with supporting evidence. We may, at our discretion, offer replacement, credit, or repair where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed.
Returns of standard stock are not accepted unless agreed in writing. Custom-made, cut, or project-specific orders are generally non-returnable once production has started.
9. Warranties and disclaimers
We warrant that products supplied will conform to the specifications stated in your order confirmation under normal storage and use conditions.
Except as stated above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose where you have not relied on our written specification for that purpose.
Our website content is provided “as is” without warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost profits, project delays, or site downtime.
- We are not liable for improper use, incorrect installation, inadequate curing, design errors, or failure to follow standard construction practices.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is limited to the amount paid by you for the goods giving rise to that claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable).
11. Force majeure
We are not in breach of these Terms if performance is delayed or prevented by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, transport disruption, power failures, or raw material shortages.
12. Intellectual property
All website content, logos, product photography, and marketing materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them without prior written consent.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use of products supplied to you, except where caused by our proven negligence or wilful misconduct.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Likabali, Arunachal Pradesh (or the nearest court with jurisdiction) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve disputes in good faith before formal proceedings.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Continued use of the website or placement of new orders after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
